The commitment to good stewardship begins with you – and Faithful Giving, St. John the Baptist Catholic Church’s Automated Giving Program. Faithful Giving helps your commitment to stewardship of our parish take consistent shape. It allows you to share first fruits through planned giving and activates your stewardship into an ongoing, generous response. Your consistent giving allows St. Johns to plan for and implement the many important ministries that make our church such an amazing place to worship.

†  It makes your life easier! No more searching for your envelopes. No more looking for your checkbook or scribbling checks on your way out the door. Or even worse, forgetting your envelope at home.

†   The program does not interfere with the tradition of sending gifts to the altar in a wicker basket. Stickers labeled, “I donated electronically” can be placed on an empty envelope and placed in the collection basket.

†   Approximately 24 labor hours per week are spent opening envelopes, counting cash and entering data. By freeing up many of those hours, St. John’s can refocus this time on other useful projects.

†  The average worshiper misses seven Masses per year, so by simply capturing those donations, St. John’s can increase our receipts by 14 percent.
